* A quality video camera, short tripod, and a usb cable will be provide with each PREMIUM VIDEO initial order or account opening.   helpfinder will also provide a replacement camera every 5th year of your ongoing and continuous contract (camera will be current model as replacement models will be outdated).  Customers may ask for a "CAMERA CREDIT" should they already have a camera suitable for producing quality video, and choose not to use the camera typically provided with a helpfinder PREMIUM VIDEO PACKAGE.  Once a camera has been provided, camera credit will not be issued.  Camera warranties are limited to the manufacturers warranty.  Extended camera warranties are available when ordered at the start of a package term.

Refunds are NOT available with any PREMIUM VIDEO PACKAGE and all sales are final.  However, helpfinder will honor the manufactures warranty for the camera provided, including any extended warranty.

All accounts are user id and password controlled.  helpfinder provides no additional or special security, other than the user id and password control feature.

You must be 21 years of age to apply for, and establish payment criteria for a www.helpfinder.us VIDEO ACCOUNT.  Accounts may be placed by parents or guardians agreeing to financial responsibility for individuals over the age of 14. Individuals creating an account to be used by another is responsible for the content of that account and must provide supervisory and disciplinary oversight.  Video content must be acceptable viewing for all ages.  The following items may NOT be recorded, stored or sent using a www.helpfinder.us video account:  violence, drug related, sexual content, nudity, obscene language, pornography of any type, any illegal activity, anti government content, militant information, subversive information, hate content, anti racial content, or anti religious content.  helpfinder, inc. reserves the right to cancel your account, without refund, should the afore mentioned content be found being used.  All illegal activity will be turned over to law enforcement for prosecution.  Use of a helpfinder.us video account acknowledges these restrictions and indicates agreement with the usage restrictions.
