Directories are designed (directory design) to allow users to find a listing companies (by category), within each directory, as long as the listing is current. If you would rather have an Independent Local Area Directory Associate take your order in person, please give us your contact information. Listing Acceptance - helpfinder accepts only 5 listings per category or subcategory. It is anticipated that your online listing will be accepted once reviewed by the Local Area Directory Associate. However, helpfinder may refuse any listing for any reason, at any time. If your listing is refused, a credit will be issued to your credit card and the listing will be removed from the appropriate directory or directories. Directory Design - The helpfinder online business directory is designed to benefit both those listing in in the online business directory and the users of the directory. Users can expect to find a category or category heading in five clicks or less. They can expect to see no more than 5 listing per category (or sub category). When sub categories are used to provide directory competence, the primary category will not have listings associated with it. They can expect that the helpfinder online directories will provide a sufficient quantity of types of businesses (should they be listed) so as to reduce or eliminate the need to look elsewhere for services. Users should also feel confident that the businesses, professionals and services offered in the helpfinder online business directory are committed to offering quality products and services in a timely and professional manner…and that helpfinder will investigate and remove any listing that does not meet this standard. Businesses, Professionals and Service Provider choosing to list in the helpfinder online business directroy can be guaranteed that there will be no more than four other companies listed under their specific category (five total). Listing companies can expect that it may be necessary to list in more than one category or sub-category to obtain the business exposure they seek. Listing companies can expect that the cost of their listing will be grandfathered for the life of the continuous listing. Listing customers can expect that helpfinder will offer other products which are designed to work in harmony with their local area directory listings to enhance and improve the way they do business and help to more firmly establish their part in the community in which they list. They can expect that their listings will be fully operational and available to directory users over 98% of the time. They can expect that computer servicing, upgrades and enhancements will occur during off hours, and only emergency restorations will disrupt their service. Users and listing customers can expect that the helpfinder online business directory will contain sufficient headings, categories and sub-categories to make the directory viable and a desirable service. They can expect that professional and service fields will be divided into areas of expertise, which will provide the user with sufficient information to determine if the listing companies, under that heading, category, or sub-category may perform the services they are looking for. Examples of service categories which are divided by areas of expertise are Attorneys, Contractors, Financial Services, and Restaurants. Other categories are sub divided by company name because of the name recognition and well known services associated with the name, and may include Auto dealerships, Auto service providers, Gasoline filling stations, Pharmacies, Grocery Stores, Real Estate companies, Insurance companies and Health Care Providers. Refunds - any listing which uses a credit card may ask for a full refund within 72 hours of placing their listing. Requests for refunds after 72 hours of placing the listing will be subject to approval by helpfinder management.
